She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Jackson and Effie Jackson (Norris); her children, Bob Polk of Columbus, Jesse Polk Sr. of Alabama, Thomas Polk of Coshocton, Andrea Polk (Mark) of Marion and Catherine Bonner of Canton, Ohio; her siblings, Alpha Evans, Edward Jackson (Connie), Mary Polk (Norris), Roger Jackson and Debbie Liggins (Maurice); her grandchildren, Melissa, Amy Toney (Eddie), Jesse Jr., LaToya, Tucker, Mark McDuffie Jr. (Ashley) and Tyson; her husband T. J. Polk; her brother Leonard Jackson Jr.; and her son-in-law John D. Bonner. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
