She was predeceased by: her parents, Selbourne A. Simmons and Catherine M. Simmons (Hall); her children, Terri S. Eaton and Toby T. Mahan; and her siblings, Sis Simmons, Irma Winlad, Kink Butler, James, Raymond and Selbourne A. Simmons (Buzz).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amber Albert (John) of Coshocton, Tanner Eaton (Katey) of Coshocton, Trista Shumaker (Jered) of Coshocton, Angel Mahan (Michael Reynolds), Kara Mahan (Brandon Abram) of Uhrichsville, OH and Chris Mahan (April Poisson) of Akron, OH; her great grandchildren, Devin Albert (Jasmine McCombs) of Coshocton, Bradyn Albert of Coshocton, Jacey Albert of Coshocton, Tucker of Coshocton, Corbin Shumaker of Coshocton, Addalynn of Uhrichsville, OH, Asireanna of Uhrichsville, OH, Skyler of Uhrichsville, OH and Wyatt Reynolds of Uhrichsville, OH; her great great grandchild Isabella Albert of Coshocton; and her brothers, Harry Simmons of Cleveland and Joe Simmons (Pam) of Coshocton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
