She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Keefer and Thelma Lucille Keefer (Sowers); her husband Harlan E. Phillips; her stepmother Louise Keefer; and her siblings, Jean Daugherty, Cherri Hart and Jerry Lee Keefer.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna K. Hughes (David) of Coshocton; her grandchildren, David Hughes (Michelle) of Douglas, MA and Misty L. Hughes (Dave Menefee) of Port Washington; her great grandchildren, Haylie Jean and Alexie K. Menefee; her sisters, June Phillips (Bob) of Tuscarawas, Diane Hart (Steve) of Warsaw, Linda Endsley of Coshocton, Marsha Keefer of Coshocton and Lori Keefer of Coshocton; and her sister-in-law Versey Keefer of Oklahoma.
