She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Garrett and Theresa Garrett (Drisco); her husband David Milhoan; and her brother David Garrett. She is survived by: her children, Hope Fletcher of Dresden, Josh Fletcher of Coshocton, Amber Cornelius (Brandon) of Fresno and Calli Moran (John) of Coshocton; her grandchildren, Preston, Braleigh, Izaac, Brooklin, Wilder and Sutton; her great grandchild Oaklin; her siblings, Dale Garrett (Martha) and Dwight Garrett (Donna); and her friends, Donna and Emily.
