He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tompkins of Coshocton and Nell Tompkins (Burrell) of Coshocton; and his sister Joanne Lipskey. He is survived by: his wife Martha Tompkins (Thiessen); his son Steven Tompkins (Shelly); his grandsons, Steve (Emily) and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Anna Tompkins of Coshocton, Ellie Tompkins of Coshocton, Lennon Tompkins of Coshocton, Silas Tompkins of Coshocton and Marley Tompkins of Coshocton; and his sisters, Terry Kaczmar (Stan) and Virgina Darling. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can kindly be made to Coshocton County Animal Shelter and/or Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
