He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Treat and Doris Treat (Myers); and his former wife Doreen Treat (Herbert). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Treat (Milhoan); his children, Robert Treat (Robin) of Newcomerstown and Shannin Treat of Canal Lewisville; his grandchildren, Brittany Gamble, Jordan Treat (Kara), Hope Johnson, Charity, Josiah, Jadin and Faith Treat; his great grandchildren, Josie Gamble and Wyatt Treat; and his siblings, Janice Israel (Jeff) of Akron, Delores Treat-Guy of Michigan and William Treat (Rebecca) of Warsaw.
