He was predeceased by: his children, Robert C., Alan Foster and LaTonia Marie Foster. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Foster (Whittington); his children, Trevon Hannah of Coshocton, Beverly Foster of Coshocton, Christina Foster of Coshocton, LaTasha Fralin of Coshocton and Jamie Foster of Dayton; his grandchildren, Dawn Weller (Jason) of Newcomerstown and Christopher Foster (Annette); his daughter-in-law Judy Foster; his sister-in-law Francis Lewis; and his friends, April Richie of Columbus, Jay Asire and Wendy Asire of Coshocton. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed towards the Truman Hospice House, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
