He is survived by: his children, Sheila Bradford of Coshocton, Shawn Sims of Coshocton and Keith Sims of Coshocton; his foster son Keith Tarman of Coshocton; and his granddaughter Rachel Thomason. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, family and friends.
