With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vane Marcum of Coshocton, Ohio, born in Dingess, West Virginia, who passed away on May 14, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Belle (Dillon) and Bige Marcum; his former wife Edith Marcum; and his brothers, Rex and Freddie Marcum.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Marcum (Hart); his children, Patty of Columbus, Tracy of Columbus, Jennifer of Columbus and Joanna Marcum of Columbus; his stepsons, Greg and Troy Fields of Columbus; his grandchildren, Ky Marcum, Alexa, Donavan Shoffstall, Jacob Marcum, Zayin Carnes, Gregory, Talan, Cheville and Destinee Fields; his brothers, Tom (Diana) of Florida, Roger Marcum (Donna) of Tennessee and Jack Marcum (Betty) of Ohio; his sisters-in-law, Dinah Marcum of West Virginia and Jan Marcum of Ohio; and his pet Ebony. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
