It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Higgins of Creston, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Higgins and Virginia Higgins (Stewart); and his siblings, Ralph, Charlie Higgins, Cheryl Shedd and Pamela Brown.

He is survived by : his close friend Gerri Williams; his daughters, Jessica Higgins (Josh) of Rittman and Michele Higgins (John) of Creston; his granddaughter Madelynn Winkler; his siblings, Sandy Marquess (Chuck) of Akron, Gary Higgins (Peggy) of Apple Creek, Randy Higgins (Debbie) of Wooster, Bonnie Whitmyer of Holmesville and Davy Higgins (Char) of Orrville; his sister-in-law Debra Higgins of Auburn, IN; and also Chris Figley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
