It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella R. Shaffer (Curtice, Ohio), who passed away on May 9, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Smalley and Florence Smalley (Simon); and her husband Omer. She is survived by : her children, Connie Smalley, John Shaffer (Carol), Ron Shaffer, Helen Groll (Al), Jody Calvin, Mike Shaffer (Cheryl), Robert Shaffer, Chris Shaffer (Arlene), Frank Shaffer (Evelyn), Laura Kaphammer, Denise Leese (Mark) and Mary Walsh. She is also survived by 43 grandchildren; 89 great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren.
