He is survived by: his children, Teresa Welton (Rick), Janet Butler (Tom) and Mark Hickman (Joyce); his grandchildren, Bobbie Jo Feorene, Christie Haynie, Byron Butler (Jennifer), Cassie Lockard, Ryan, Jared Hickman, Christina Schall (Brian), Daniel and Jimmy Michniak; his brother Dave Hickman; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Justin, Cayman, Bryce, Isaac, Eleanor, Katelynn, Liam, Austin, Kali, Audrey and Maddison.
