He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Laura Lowe Graham (Dave) and Harry Lowe; his wife Beth; his children, Samantha Wilson and Jason Lowe; his siblings, Vickie Guinn and Harry Lowe, Jr.; his brother-in-law Frank Guinn; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Maggie Pozuc. He was also cherished by aunts, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nephews, nieces and cousins.
