It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Sears Jr. (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio), born in Big Otter, West Virginia, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dola Icy Sears (Mollohan) and Gilbert W. Sears; his brother Jennings Sears; his son Mark Sears; and his granddaughter Carolyn Grace Stirewalt.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Sears; his children, Linda Bartlow (Doug) and Dennis Sears (Pam); and his stepchildren, Terri O'Keefe (Trace), Mark Stirewalt (Kelly), John Stirewalt (Darla) and Jennifer Hostutler (Guy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Bridge Bible Church.
