She was predeceased by: her daughter Dana O'Donnell; her parents, John Reznik and Catherine Reznik; and her brother Paul Reznik. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Butler; her grandson Chris O'Donnell; her great grandchild Layla O'Donnell; her close friends, Mary Ann Schneider and Mary Maynor; her son-in-law Russell Streby; her pet Bell Butler; Roger, Betty, Donna, Larry, Brenda, Paul, Cindy, Steve and Linda. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
