He is survived by: his wife Midge; his brother David Bartlett (Nancy); and his children, Diane Marks (Jeff), Jean Ann Manns (Terry), Patty (Scott Adams), Hugh Bartlett III (Darlene), Jeff, Gary and Steve (Shari Lee). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren &13 great grandchildren.
