She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Chantrey and Elsie Chantrey; her daughter Cathy; and her brother John. She is survived by: her children, Jackie (Mark) and Paul (Jenny); her friends, Joan Bowles, Dorothy Robertson and Nancy Cochran; her husband Forrest; her grandchildren, Dalton, Zoe, Parker, Tanner and Asher; and her sister Donna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Family requests that in lieu of flowers and remembrances, donations be made to the Cuyahoga Falls City Schools, Elementary School Reading Program.
