He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald H. McNeal and Beatrice A. McNeal; his brother Donald L. McNeal; his brother-in-law William C. Ray Jr.; and his grandchildren, Cait McNeal, Riley Melvin, Maddox and Benjamin.
He is survived by : his wife Lynne Ellen (Ray); his children, Michele McNeal, Elaine Melvin (Keith), Michael McNeal (Melissa) and Suzie Graham (John Moore); his granddaughters, Faith, Zoe Graham and Lucy McNeal; his brother Jan; his siblings-in-law, Marty McNeal, Shirley McNeal, Marlene Ray, Dr. Kenneth and Judy Freiberg; and also, Pips and Boopa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
