He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert E. Lewallen and Evelyn M. Lewallen (Walters); his wife Sandra S. Shafer; and his sister Gloria Bridenstine. He is survived by : his children, Ted (Kelly) and Lori (Bret); his grandchildren, Andrew (Amanda), Adam, Tegan and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Princess, Fay and Fred (Teresa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
