It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin C. Withrich of Dalton, Ohio, born in Marshallville, Ohio, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Withrich and Anna Withrich (Graber); his son Bradley Withrich; his granddaughters, Allison Warner and Brittany Rippin; and his siblings, Ralph Withrich and Millie Straub.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Mae Shammo; his children, Kathy VanDeventer (Bruce) of Santee, CA, Al Withrich of Las Vegas, NV, Stan Withrich of Knob Noster, MO, Walt Withrich (Dinna) of Santa Rosa, CA, Val Stein (Dale) of Dalton, Keith Withrich (Corrie) of Dalton, Wendy Lengacher (Larry) of Wooster and Jackie Fry (Tom) of Dalton; and his sisters, Beth Sprunger of Dalton, Eleanor Johnston of Winnetka, CA, Martha Herndon of Ft. Pierce, FL and Nancy Davis of Granbury, TX.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
