He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare "Blondy" and Bernice "Dayle" Watson Neil; and his sister Patricia Neil. He is survived by: his wife Carol Luecht; his children, Robert Neil (Margaret) and Ann Martin (Jeff); his grandsons, Brian Haynes (Jingyan), Adam Martin, Roger and Aaron Neil; and his brother Gary Neil (Cince). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
