It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andrew Robert Fanz III (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Fanz and Andrew Fanz; his sister Terry Albertson; and his aunt Patty Coombs. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Osborne (Brayden); his sisters, Mary Stanbery (David), Beverly Fanz, Judy Willin (Jeff) and Helen LeVay (Joe); his brother-in-law Curt Albertson; and his former wife Tammy Fanz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“I first met Andy when he was just 6 mths old, when our two families became backyard neighbors in Kettering. We learned that his and my paternal grandparents were friends when our fathers were much younger, and many of his siblings and my siblings were near in age. Since Andy had the same name as his dad and younger than any of us, he was referred to in our household as "Little Andy", which is how I continue to think of him today. As the only boy, his sisters did a great job of "mothering" him.”
