She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Sewell and Carrie Sewell; her husband Robert Sullivan; and her siblings, Jim and Mildred.

She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Smart and Gerald Smart (Denise). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
