We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2024, at the age of 94, Gloria Ruth Smith of Naples, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Gloria Ruth leaves behind and her impact on our lives. Though Gloria Ruth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories we hold dear, a guiding light that illuminates our paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis P. Gould and Adah R. Gould; her husband Jim; and her brother Louis E. Gould. She is survived by : her brother-in-law Lawrence V. Smith (Mary Lou). She is also survived by her family and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Westbrock Funeral Home (5980 Bigger Rd, Kettering, OH 45440). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Albert the Great Church (3033 Far Hills Ave, Kettering, OH 45429).

The family asks that those wishing to make contributions in lieu of flowers contribute to St. Albert the Great Church or a charity of choice.
