He was predeceased by : his parents, John D. Lindner and Mary H. Lindner. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ann Lindner; his children, Jeff Lindner and Mary Elizabeth Lindner-Moore; his grandchildren, Kathleen Moore (Jacob), Sarah Moore (Zoe) and Justin Lindner; his sister Johnna Lindner-Szep; his daughter Silvia Demma; and his grandson Paolo Lazzarini.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Moraine, OH 45439). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd, Moraine, OH 45439).
