He is survived by: his mother Doris Smith; his sons, Matt (Tiffany), Zach (Mirian) and Max (Meghan); his significant other Vickie; his granddaughter Grace; his brother Bob (Ann); his siblings-in-law, Ed, MaryAnn, Jamie, Larry, Annette, Doug, Lori, Mark, Patti, Jay, Jim, Teri, Tod and Couch; his sibling's children, Maddie, Tommy, Emma, Hollis, Elizabeth, Anne, Jay, Catherine, Nick, Supinda, Bret, Erica, Austin, Alex, Adam, Jacob, Andy, Nate, Linsay, Patrick, Leah and Andrea; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cora, Alyssa, Spencer and Shane. He is also survived by his wife and crazy about his boys, their spouses and his grandbaby.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either Dayton Hospice or Michael's Believe Foundation at 288 Tamarack Trail, Springboro, OH 45066; all proceeds go to Miracle Field.
