She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Winn and Dorothy Winn (Coats); her husband J'Henderson Franklin; and her siblings, Clarence Winn Sr. and Doris Hullaby.
She is survived by: her daughter Tanesha Winn; her grandson Savion Pinault; her siblings, Richard, Mark Winn (Diane), Jermaine Winn Sr., Zollie Sweet, Deborah Smith, Janice Greenlee, Brenda Lewis, Selena Cox, Carolyn Brandy and Susan Winn; and her close friend Joanne Middlebrook-Allen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc. (2107 N Gettysburg Ave, Dayton, OH 45406). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
