Leonard Lee Cook Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Lee Cook of De Graff, Ohio, who passed away on January 29, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dean and Bessie Fern Cook (Hall); his wife Elizabeth Ann Cook; his grandson Eric Giles; his son-in-law Donald Giles; and his sister Lois Blumenschein (Gene).
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Covault (Robert), Karen Young, Audrey Giles and Steve Cook; and his brother Robert Cook (Helen). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandson.
Those attending the services are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
