He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Douglas and Ella Douglas (Murray); his former wife Wilma Sue Douglas (Gilburth); his wife Elizabeth Ann Douglas (Ledford); and his sisters, Charlene Bennett and Elizabeth Davenport.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Richard Douglas Jr. (Bobbi Jean) and Jim Ledford (Angie); his grandchildren, David, Daniel (Devon), Shannon, Michaela, Brennan, Tyler, Kaden and Aubrey; his great grandchildren, Paisley and Liam; and his brother James Douglas.
