He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hall and Cloda Hall (Murphy); his daughter Sherilyn Weis; and his sister-in-law Judy Mayes of Defiance. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hall (Thomas); his daughters, Lynda Lulfs (Phil) of Ft. Wayne, IN and Marla Bailey (Scott) of Pickerington, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Thomas (Betty) of Silver City, Don Thomas (JohnAnn) of Tazewell, Mark Thomas (Connie) of Commerce City, Wilma Cox of Jellico, Donna Thomas (Luke Bernander) of Ft. Collins, Colorado. and Regina Fellows (Russ) of Ft. Collins, Colorado.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.
