She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smith and Della Smith (Kirk); her husband Donald E. Neibarger; her son Bill Samons; her granddaughter Bella Crum; and her siblings, Dewey, Mike, Bill, Sherman Smith, Ann Smith, Diana Smith and Tammy Moran.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandee Crum (Brian) of Martinsburg, Candee Strouse (Ryan) of Fredericktown, Mary Mason (Glenn) of Sunbury and Brittney McKeever (Brian) of Mount Vernon; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Draven, Lane, Kayli Jo, Aurora, Carly, Dana, Josie Messimer (Isaac), Hagen and Hadley McKeever. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, multiple great nieces and nephews; and multiple siblings.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel (637 OH-61, Sunbury, OH 43074). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
