James Hastings Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Hastings of Delaware, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Hastings to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hastings and Wanetta Hastings (Kent). He is survived by: his wife Karen Hastings (Wood); his children, Jeff Hastings, Jillian Paschal (Monte), Jennifer Burkett (Ian), Bryan Barrick (Gary) and Kristie Barrick; his sister Pam Hazleton (Steve); and his sibling's children, Charlie Johnson and Stephanie Hazelton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Snyder Rodman Funeral Center (101 Valleyside Dr, Delaware, OH 43015). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Contributions in his memory may be made to the Delaware County Fair.
