He is survived by: his parents, Miguel Sr. Hernandez and Beatriz Hernandez (Rodriguez); his wife Yolanda Bejarano; his daughters, Miranda Hernandez (Paul Santos) of Van Wert and Yesenia Martinez (Noe) of Delphos; his siblings, Martin Hernandez (Alicia) of Dallas, TX, Mario Hernandez (Leslie) of Defiance, Renaud Hernandez of Defiance, Miguel Hernandez Jr. of Defiance and Linda Hernandez (Martin) of Defiance; and his grandchildren, Alejandro Santos, Abe and Isabela Martinez.
