Avonelle Burgei Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2021, at the age of 88, Avonelle Burgei of Delphos, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Paul and Helen V. Paul (Buettner); her husband John Joseph Burgei; her sister Lynette Mooney; her granddaughter Michelle Metzger; and her boyfriend Richard Elwer.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Burgei (Joyce) of Indianapolis, IN, Joseph Burgei (Tami Augsburger) of Delphos, Barbara Markward (Tom) of Ottoville, Marilyn Metzger (Robert) of Delphos, Patricia Fuge (Dennis) of Spencerville and Tina Wannamacher (Charles) of Delphos; and her sister Betty L. Beech of Southern Ohio. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren.
