He is survived by: his father Franklin Lewis; his children, Courtney Catlett (Marcus Addy) of Lima, OH, Donavon Catlett of Lima, OH, Kaleb Catlett of Louisville, KY and Keaton Catlett of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Hendrix and Titus Addy; and his siblings, Kimberly Bassett (Dave) of Lima, OH, Stephen Kyle Catlett of Shawnee Twp, Scott L. Catlett of Marion, OH, Leslie Moss (Paul) of Lima, OH and Erika L. Catlett of Lima, OH. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
