She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Henry and Elma Mox (Spring); her husband John Franklin "Jack" Ponting; her brothers, Herman E. Mox and Carl F. Mox; and her son-in-law Jeff McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her children, Joni McLaughlin (Jeff) of Powell and John E. Ponting (LeAnn) of Canal Winchester; her grandchildren, Pemberley Ponting, Tristan Trentman and Jennifer McLaughlin; and her sisters-in-law, Gertrude Mox of Delphos and Veda Mox of Delphos.
