With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Andrew Giesken (Delphos, Ohio), born in Ottoville, Ohio, who passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Giesken and Rosa Giesken (Schlagbaum); his wife Clara M. Giesken (Klaus); and his siblings, William, Alvey, Joseph, Harry, Ambrose, Julius, Clarence, Norbert Giesken, Rosemary Niemeyer, Wilma Leubrecht and Emma Schwinnen.

He is survived by: his children, James Giesken (Ronda) of Monclova, John Giesken of Petaluma, California, Julia Maberry (William) of Lima and Jennifer Giesken of Lima; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Jeremy, Adam, Lee, Briana, Alex, Jacob, Dakota and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Izais, Nala, Brielle, Bryhlnd and Abraham.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Church Capital Campaign.
