He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred John "Pat" and Gwendolyn Jane "Dodie" Fetzer (Dunlap); his wife Sheryl "Sherry" Moore; his siblings, Kenneth "Wayne", Orby, Paul, Phyllis Burkholder and Carlene Schulte; and his siblings-in-law, Doris, Rosie Fetzer, LaVern Schulte and Richard Burkholder.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Fetzer (Cecilia) of Hinsdale, IL, Philip "Mike" Fetzer of Delphos, OH and Rebecca "Becky" Gesier (Kurt Nielsen) of Toledo, OH; his brothers, Ronald (Monica "Lynn") of Ottoville, OH, William "Woody" (Cathy) of Van Wert, OH, Terry (April) of Lake Worth, FL, Gerry of Wapakoneta, OH and Herb (Kay) of Van Wert, OH; his sister-in-law Diane Fetzer; his grandchildren, Matt, Samantha, Shoshana, Alex, Elijah, Yitzhak, Patrick, Daniela, Daniel, Tamara and Declan; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Abby, May and Nehemiah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
