He is survived by: his wife Tammy Cole; his children, Shelby Hudson of Delphos, Grace Diltz of Delphos, Richard "Buddy" Lee Diltz III of Delphos and Seth Diltz of Delphos; and his brother Gary Cooper (Karen) of Delphos. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
