He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wagoner and June Wagoner (Coil); his spouse Kim Carpenter; and his brother Tom Wagoner. He is survived by: his sons, Shannon Wagoner (Missy) of Delphos and Shane Wagoner (Tina) of Fort Jennings; his grandchildren, Katelyn and Zach; and his siblings, Richard Wagoner (Terri) of Ottoville, Mike Wagoner of Delphos, Deanna Culp (Gene) of Delphos and Becky Wien of Lakeview.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Delphos VFW #3035 Auxiliary.
