It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Tanner Jr. of Delta, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Tanner Sr. and Shirley Tanner (Barber); his wife Brenda Tanner (Barton); and his sister Marianne "Marie" E. Gillen. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Rowland (Matt), Karen Burkhiemer (Jerrid) and Michael Tanner (April); his siblings, David (Connie), Glen (Debra), Mike Tanner (Beverly), Arlene Weirauch (Roger), Emily Moon (Doug), Jackie Barczak and Teresa Whitney (Butch); and his grandchildren, Abby, Cera, Gary Brink, Tiffany, Courtney, Lance Burkhiemer (Bailey), Thomas, Jasmine, Adalynn, Ella and Isla Tanner. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
