She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Raker and Ethel Raker (Baker); her former life partner William Dowlin; and her brother Orville Raker. She is survived by : her husband Clare Mandly of Delta; her pet Misty; her stepchildren, Janice Reynaga of Delta and Alan Mandly of Archbold; her children, Robert Gaff (Denise) of Arizona, Deb Leininger (Ken) of Wauseon and Michael Dowlin (Regina) of Kentucky; her stepdaughters, Libby Dowlin of Wauseon, Linda Dowlin of Indiana, Debby Smith of Toledo and Kathy Shaw of Wauseon; and her sister Betty Barnes of Arizona. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
