She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Scott (Figley) and Lyle "Pete" Scott of Newport, OH.. She is survived by : her husband Harry H. Milligan of Newport, OH.; her siblings, Janice and Gayle of Midvale, OH; her sons, Jeffery R. of Freeport, OH and Tom L. of Wooster, OH; her grandchildren, Kevin of New Philadelphia, OH, Kyra of Freeport, OH, Justin of Lancaster, OH and Jason of Dublin, OH; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Ailya of New Philadelphia, Kelly, Courtney and Alexis of Lancaster, OH.; and also Harry Milligan.
Due to the health emergency posed by COVID-19, a private funeral service will be held for immediate family members only.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Lola's name can be made to the Newport United Methodist Church in Newport, OH.
