She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard McCully and Lucille Pealy McCully. She is survived by: her children, John Geisinger (Debbie) of New Philadelphia and Rachel Bolek (Chris) of Dover; her grandchildren, Andrew Bolek (Marcie), Alexis Rios (Nicola) and Aaron Bolek; her great grandchild Kyro Bolek; and her pets, Lovey and Sadie.

Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice or to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.
