He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Fred Johnson and Nora Metzger Johnson; and his wife Lois. He is survived by: his children, Sharyn Dusenberry (Jim), Robert, Steve (Cindy) and Darlene Miller (Jerry); his grandchildren, Todd, Sara, Dallas, Brian, Brittany and Emily; his sister Ila Altier; and his granddaughter Laura Mobley.
