She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Dombrowski and Harriet Jane Price Dombrowski. She is survived by : her husband William O. "Bill" Metzger; her stepchildren, Michele Metzger (Kay Petrie-Brown) of New Philadelphia, William "Bill" Metzger of Dover and Tiffany Bucher (Robert) of Strasburg; her grandsons, Bryce, Robert Jr. and Chad Bucher; her niece Julie; and her nephews, Brent (Linda) and Bruce Metzger (Marla).

The family suggests that contributions in Glorya's memory be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
