He was predeceased by: his parents, Vagner Henriksen and Inga Petersen Henriksen; and his sister Lilian Harshoj. He is survived by: his wife Susan Gingrich Henriksen; his daughter Maria DeHoff (Robert) of Covington, KY; his grandson Elessar DeHoff of Covington; his sibling's children, Paul Gingrich (Michelle) of Canton, Sharon Hall (Jeff) of Oviedo, FL, Benjamin Gingrich (Stephanie) of Lakewood, Adam Gingrich of Westerville and Joseph Gingrich of New Albany; his sister Christa Hansen (Carl-Erik); his sibling's children, Dennis Hansen (Dorthe) and Anja Hansen (Peter) of Holbaek; John Gingrich (Nancy) of Farmington, MI and David Gingrich (Jane) of Dover.
