He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Cecil Rothock and Agnes Melinda Rothrock Persons (Lessig); his former wife Daisy Cookson Rothrock (Francis); his stepchildren, Robert Cookson, Carol "Kay" Heavlin and Lois "Mitzi" Domingue; his stepgrandson Mark Domingue; and his sisters, Myrtle Kohler and Gladys Lehew.
He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Rothrock (Cryder); his son Mike Rothrock (Meribeth); his grandchildren, Christopher Rothrock (Kendra) and Nikki Robinson (Shawn); his stepgrandchildren, Timothy Cookson (Suzanne), Darla Carlisle, Jeffrey Heavlin and Karen Litton (Hal); and his stepson-in-law Ronald Heavlin. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, 9 step great-grandchildren, and 7 step great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church of the donor's choice.
