He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Burnside and Rushie Tanner; his wife Jean Burnside; his daughter Mary Lee Burnside; and his siblings, Ruth and James.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rushie Beverlin (Jim) of Wadsworth, OH, Donna Bowman (Rick) of Wadsworth and Barbara Burnside of Florida; and his brothers, Millard Burnside, Jr. of Palmetto, FL and Curry Burnside of Doylestown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Community Church, P.O. Box 1213, Norton, OH 44203.
