It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Carpenter of Doylestown, Ohio, born in Gay, West Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis D. Carpenter and Lona D. Carpenter (Brabham); his wife Mildred Ann; his great grandchild Rory Underation; and his siblings, Russell, Rommie Carpenter (Alice) and Brenda Weekley (Randy).
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Erbrick (Adam) of Massillon, OH, Randle Browne (Julie) of Rittman, OH and Christopher Browne (LeeAnn) of Portage Lakes; his great grandchild Laiken Poppy Underation; and his siblings, Denver (Caroline), Dorothy Gandee, Delores Manning (Ted), Charlotte Jeffries (Gary), Glenna Culpeper (Jay), Linda Orosz (Bob), Ginger Knapp (Mike) and Terrie Jung (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
